Scope and Description of Inspection
1. PPE
a) Findings During Inspection
- Two scaffolders have found erecting scaffolding structures without wearing a safety harness

- Wearing of safety harness is mandatory when working beyond 2 meters’ high
c) Action Required
- Wearing of safety harness is mandatory when working beyond 2 meters’ high
2. Scaffolding
a) Findings During Inspection
- Standards Sole boards were not used.
b) Action Required
- Provide wooden sole boards to meet the scaffolding requirement.
3. Cable Management
a) Findings During Inspection
- Poor cable management has been Observed.
b) Action Required
- Proper arrangement of cable is to be maintained to avoid tripping, slip and fall accident
4. Housekeeping
a) Findings During Inspection
- Accumulated scraps and assorted garbage must frequently be collected
b) Action Required
- Disposal of all scraps and other garbage must be maintained
5. Electrical
a) Findings During Inspection
- Some connection in electrical boards were not properly insulated Some connection was exposed un-insulated wires
a) Action Required
- Need to improve the cable management
- All wire connections must be properly insulated to avoid potential electrocution and maintain proper cable management
