To prepare checklist for the Skid Steer Loader inspection, following are some main points:
- The machine should be physically good & should have a valid TPI Certificate.
- No damage to the tire (Bolts, crack, cuts & air pressure, etc.).
- Head & tall light and Indicators are in working condition.
- The side mirror should be in good condition.
- Windshield/glass shield be in proper condition.
- The wiper should be in running condition.
- Operator cabin should be made by good & sound quality of the material.
- Hydraulic cylinders should be in good condition and free from leakage.
- Footsteps should be free of slip and trip hazards.
- Red triangle/reflective tape should be fixed in front of the vehicle.
- Front & reverse horn.
- Fire extinguisher in operator cabin.
- Operators have a suitable license.
