2. Fall of cable tray from height
3. Exposed insulation material (Asbestos)
4. Sharp edges
5. Tripping hazard
6. Fall from height
7. Fire
8. Burn
9. Electrocution

Control Measure

1. Work permit shall be obtained
2. Ensure tie rod not over loaded
3. Closed supervision
4. Safety harness with double lane yard
5. It must be ensured that all workmen’s wearing required PPEs
6. Proper housekeeping should be maintained
7. Insulation material should be disposed as per waste disposal plan
8. Appropriate fire extinguishers should be in place
