BOBCAT Daily Inspection Checklist – A practical tool by HSE Documents to ensure the safety and reliability of BOBCAT machinery. This checklist helps operators identify mechanical issues, check fluid levels, and verify safety features before use—promoting accident prevention, equipment longevity, and compliance with workplace safety standards.
Don’t Operate the machine if any of bellow checks are not compliant
1. No danger or caution tags are attached to the isolation points
2. Check wheel, Bolt, Tire/track condition, damage and leaks
3. Check engine bay for leak and loose belts
4. Check engine oil and hydraulic oil level
5. Check all grease points are greased
6. Check seat safety bar isolate controls
7. Sound Horn, start engine and check hydraulic operation
8. Check seat function and seat belt
9. Check bobcat frame and attachments
10. Check all gauges, warning lights and reverse alarm is working properly
11. Check engine bay oil leaks and buildup of debris
12. Check coolant level
13. Check fuel level
14. Check the foot break and accelerator pedal operation Check all pressure gauges are operating in normal range with running engine
15. Check loader frame and bushes for movement
16. Check for smooth operation of controls
17. Check condition of bucket
18. Check condition of locking mechanism
19. Check all lights are in good working condition
20. Check all hydraulic hoses for damage and leaks
21. Check all guards, handrails, steps & Covers
Sight obstruction in the operator cabin (Curtain, Carton, etc.)
1. Check cabin for housekeeping Check Fire Extinguisher & First aid Kit
2. Operator certificate & License
3. Third Party Inspection Certificate, Company Monthly Color-coding Inspection Sticker and Project Client Equipment Sticker.
