General Risk Assessment for Vinyl & Tile Floor Installation

While carrying out a risk assessment for the Vinyl & Tile Floor Installation, first, carefully look at the work task/activity you are undertaking is as an assessor.

  1. Put an X in one box for each hazard (None, Low Average, above average, High) taking into consideration the Likelihood of Occurrence and Probable Severity and existing control initiatives. In case of low risk, further action may be required; this action must be highlighted on this assessment page.
  2. If the possibility and or severity of risk crossed "Above average", further action is essentially required; and in case of high possibility and or severity of the risk; action must be taken immediately. The action plan duration is up to the assessor. If in doubt seek advice from site contact as this will save time in the long run as [Organization/Company] will not accept anything that compromises the safety of its employees or places them at unnecessary and unwanted extreme and fatal risk.
