  • Unhygienic conditions etc.

Control Measures

  1. Elimination of slipping and tripping hazards
  2. Hanging of the wires with the wall
  3. Elimination of noise by acoustic material where applicable and possible 
  4. Training of the workers on ergonomics and material handling
  5. Use of mechanical means in place of manual handling
  6. Elimination of overreaching by provision of proper standing platform such as step ladders
  7. Elimination of sharp edges through putting covers
  8. Training of the office employees on safe working techniques
  9. Emergency escape route should be regularly inspected and kept clear of any obstacles
  10. Fire detector and smoke detectors should be installed
  11. Emergency drills should be conducted on different interval
  12. Sanitary conveniences should be cleaned on regular basis.
  13. Portable drinking water cups should be provided to avoid unhygienic conditions.
