  5. Overturning/load integrity/need for tag lines
  6. Initial and final load positions and how it will get there

  9. Environmental conditions including weather and permissible limits
  10. Illumination in the pick-up and lay-down areas
  11. The proximity of hazards, obstructions in the path of the load 
  12. Contingency plan in case the task changes
  13. Access and emergency escape routes 
  14. Experience, competence and training of personnel
  15. Number of personnel required for the task
  16. Pre-Use Inspection of equipment by Operator
